1. Check your membership status with IIAT
IIAT Members get a complimentary booth and one complimentary attendee registration to INSURCON. Booth worker or daily attendee registrations are not available.
Non-Members can submit an application for a booth, BUT the application is pending approval until April 15, after members are placed in a booth.

4. Booth Placement
IIAT Members are guaranteed a booth at the show.
Booth assignments are based on membership level, and the order applications are received (first-come, first-served within each level).
Non-Members can submit an application for a booth, BUT the application is pending approval until April 15, after members are placed in a booth.

2. Influencer: Priority Booth Selection.
3. Promoter: Priority booth placement.

Last year we welcomed around 500 attendees, with approximately half being agents. Based on our most recent event in January, we’re expecting higher attendance this year.

What is your Exhibitor Booth refund policy?
Full refund = Before May 15
50% refund = After May 15 - June 1st
No Refund = After June 1st
Non-members: Cancellations received after May 15 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after June 1st.
